During this 4-day, 3-night retreat, you will have an opportunity to reset, recharge, and build your own daily personal growth practice in the mountains and ocean air of Acadia National Park and the magical town of Bar Harbor, Maine. Space is limited to 7 guest rooms — an intimate small group experience.

Sunday

  • Island hiking to see wildlife & paint on location*

  • Mindfulness Plein Air Watercolor Workshop*

  • Lunch/free time in Bar Harbor on your own

  • Painting on the Porch/Yoga on the Porch/Break
